Tapas Ranjan Chakraborty has been working in climate change and natural resource management for the last 24 years, . He has a long experience of mangrove plantation and regeneration. Tapas worked with BRAC, Bangladesh POUSH and CNRS for mangroves. He has organized many national and international conference and seminar. He is skilled in policy influence. He has developed more than 50 mass awareness materials on climate change and has a good number of research works published on climate action and natural resource management. Bridging the gap between science and policy is his passion. Tapas studied zoology with research on elephant ecology.

Muhammad Abdur Rahaman is serving the Center for People and  Environ (CPE) as Director. Mr. Rahaman is dedicated young climate scientist who is working in the field of climate science and policy for more than 20 years. In this journey, He is serving Global Taskforce of Climate Change, Water & Energy as Chair to lead the scientific research. He is also working as focal point of CONVERGE COVID-19 Working Group): Economic Impacts of School Disruption and Resource Allocation established by natural hazard center, Colorado University. He has served Social Science Research Council (SSRC) for two times (2009 and 2014). He is the founder of CAMET Park, Deshojo Bazar and Subarna Krishi.
