Job brief

We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities

HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in hiring.

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records

  • Update internal databases

  • Create and distribute guidelines about company policies

  • Schedule fieldwork relevant to the organization

  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics

  • Develop training and onboarding material

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role for at least one year

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Experience using spreadsheets

  • Organizational skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Graduation in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

Salary and other benefits

Monthly consolidated salary 25000.00-30000.00 BDT with other admissible benefits per organization rules.
