Job brief
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in hiring.

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records

Update internal databases

Create and distribute guidelines about company policies

Schedule fieldwork relevant to the organization

Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics

Develop training and onboarding material
Requirements and skills
-
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role for at least one year

Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Experience using spreadsheets
-
Organizational skills
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Graduation in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
Salary and other benefits
Monthly consolidated salary 25000.00-30000.00 BDT with other admissible benefits per organization rules.
